It was our second time at this hotel and it was great. The location is very good, the staff are very nice and the twin room we booked was very comfortable.

For the price it was a great location to access the city's shopping and eating district. We thought we would have very small rooms, however, the rooms were more spacious that expected and very comfortable.

Very nice location and friendly stuff. Was raining yesterday and they also provide umbrella for going out. 711 is around the corner. Very convenient for metro as well. Walkable to shopping streets

The location is good that can walk to shopping street and metro station. There is restaurant and convenient store near hotel. Although there is no daily clean the room, the hotel provides new towels everyday.

Good location which there is convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Not so far to walk to the train station and shopping street. The room and bed are bigger than expectation.

A bit 7-8 walk from nearest station but is near to Dotonburi by 15 minutes walk which makes it worth the money
